Ohio (Ontario), Florida (Palm Beach Gardens), or New Jersey (Bridgeton) Cumberland Mutual is seeking a hands-on Lead Database Analyst to architect, optimize, and support enterprise database and cloud data platforms. This senior-level role provides technical leadership across SQL Server and Snowflake environments, driving scalable design, performance engineering, and modern data governance practices. This is a hands-on, individual-contributor role - not a people-management position - for someone who wants to drive technical direction through hands-on work rather than managing a team. With a lean data team, this role combines architecture, engineering, operational support, and governance.
