 * Two or more years of experience as a computer support specialist
 * Strong interpersonal skills
 * Ability to work without supervision
 * Technical Documentation skills

Required skillsets include the following:

 * Microsoft Windows 11 support
 * MS Office and common application support
 * Printing and connectivity support
 * Working knowledge of Active Directory, Exchange and other Microsoft platforms
 * Working knowledge of Ethernet cabling, Routers and Switches

Additional useful skillsets

 * Microsoft HyperV virtualization support
 * Microsoft Exchange 2013+
 * Microsoft Active Directory
 * Microsoft GPO management
 * Microsoft WSUS support
 * DFS and Print Services support
 * HP Server/SAN support
 * Cisco Route and Switch support
 * Zoom Phone Platforms
 * Spiceworks Support, * Associate (Preferred)

Experience:

 * Windows: 1 year (Preferred)
 * Help desk: 2 years (Preferred)

## Description

* Provide helpdesk support and resolve problems to the end user's satisfaction
 * Monitor and respond quickly and effectively to requests received through the IT helpdesk
 * Monitor project timelines and perform project related tasks
 * Strong documentation skills related to projects and operational procedures
 * Install, test and configure new PC's, software and network devices
 * Maintain inventory of all equipment, software and software licenses
 * Report issues to the Network Administrator for escalation
 * Manage PC setup and deployment for new employees using standard hardware, images and software
 * Working knowledge of Active Directory, Exchange and other Microsoft platforms Working knowledge of Ethernet cabling, Routers and Switches
