What You'll Do

 * Resolve hardware, software, and application issues
 * Set up and maintain computers, laptops, printers, and peripherals
 * Support employees with day-to-day technology needs
 * Deploy new workstations and technology equipment
 * Monitor systems to ensure reliability, performance, and security
 * Maintain technology documentation and inventory
