The ideal candidate will possess strong troubleshooting skills, a willingness to learn new technologies quickly, and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively., * Authorized to work in the United States. * Minimum of 4 years of relevant professional IT experience in several of the areas listed above. * Previous help desk or technical support experience required. * Strong troubleshooting skills across software, hardware, networking, and SaaS platforms. * Excellent written and verbal communication skills in professional American English. * Ability to work independently with minimal supervision. * Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. * Reliable transportation required. * Demonstrated ability to quickly learn and adapt to new technologies and SaaS applications. ## Description * Develop, maintain, and troubleshoot websites using PHP and JavaScript (full-stack experience strongly preferred). * Support both front-end and back-end development initiatives with a focus on security best practices. * Maintain and manage WordPress websites, including themes, plugins, and platform hierarchy. * Apply UI/UX principles to improve website usability and user experience. * Manage hosted website environments and deployments. * Configure and maintain APIs, webhooks, and MySQL databases. * Support website integrations and automation workflows, including Zapier. * Maintain a basic understanding of social media platforms and related integrations. Technical Administration & Systems Support * Utilize Git and GitLab for version control and collaborative development. * Support and maintain AWS infrastructure, including EC2, Elastic Beanstalk, and S3 services. * Assist with CRM development and administration, specifically Zoho CRM. * Administer enterprise email systems within Google Workspace (non-Microsoft Exchange environment). * Configure and troubleshoot DNS settings and domain-related services. * Work with SSH, FTP, and related protocols. * Support and maintain VoIP/SIP phone systems. Network, Hardware & End-User Support * Provide help desk support for Windows 10/11, Microsoft Office, and Google Workspace users. * Troubleshoot software, hardware, and network connectivity issues. * Configure and support office networks, routers, and firewalls. * Perform computer hardware setup, repair, replacement, and upgrades. * Assist with Ethernet cable termination and basic IP networking tasks.
