Associate's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field preferred. Certifications: * CompTIA A+ or equivalent industry certification preferred. Work Experience: * 1-2 years of experience in IT support, help desk, or desktop support environment preferred. * Healthcare IT experience preferred. * Familiarity with enterprise ITSM platforms, Active Directory, and desktop operating systems. * Strong customer service orientation with effective verbal and written communication skills. * Ability to diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and network connectivity issues. * Working knowledge of Windows desktop and laptop operating systems and Microsoft Office suite. * Ability to prioritize and manage multiple concurrent support requests in a fast-paced environment. * Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and collaboratively as part of a team.
