What will you be doing?

 * Troubleshoot and resolve: Plan, administer, and support client hardware and software devices
 * Process improvement: Continually improve programs and processes through the development and implementation of practical action plans, providing quality assurance and best practices
 * Follow procedures: Clear documentation and effective customer communication
