## Description

Insight Global is seeking a Secret cleared Senior IT Specialist to support a federal client of ours onsite in Portsmouth, NH. This role will directly support the government customer with Network support, including switch configuration and turning ports on/off.
The day to day includes:

 * Tier 1 and 2 troubleshooting
 * Diagnosing computer and laptop issues
 * Printer and related hardware resets
 * User account support
 * Diagnosing network issues
 * Working through trouble tickets
