## About the Role

Ideal for professionals who have strong analytical fundamentals and are eager to work on challenging predictive modeling problems.

Lead Data Scientist (5-8 Years)

For experienced practitioners who can independently solve business problems, drive research, build robust predictive models, and mentor junior team members.

What we're looking for

Strong Python programming skills (non-negotiable)

PySpark experience (preferred)

Excellent understanding of predictive modeling

Hands-on expertise in:

 * Classification
 * Regression
 * Time-Series Forecasting

Strong grounding in Statistics, Mathematics, and Machine Learning

A research mindset-you enjoy experimenting, validating hypotheses, and improving models

Genuine curiosity and a passion for solving difficult business problems

We care far more about your ability than your pedigree.

Whether you've worked in a startup, product company, consulting firm, research lab, or a large enterprise is secondary.

Whether your degree is in Engineering, Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, Operations Research, or another quantitative discipline is also secondary.
