## About the Role

* Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (or equivalent experience)
 * 10+ years of experience in a technical engineering or solutions role
 * Strong experience with enterprise IT infrastructure, networking, and systems integration
 * Experience with customer-facing technical engagements

Preferred

 * Certifications (e.g. Juniper, Cisco, F5, Palo Alto Networks)
 * Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud)
 * Strong knowledge of routing, switching, firewall, wireless concepts
 * Background in VAR, systems integrator, or similar environments
 * Experience in sales engineering or technical consulting, * Strong technical problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities
 * Ability to communicate complex technical concepts to diverse audiences
 * Customer-focused mindset with excellent interpersonal skills
 * Strong organizational and multitasking capabilities

## Description

We are seeking a motivated and experienced Network Solutions Architect to join our team. In this role, you will partner with account executives, engineers, and customers to deliver technical expertise across pre-sales, solution design, and post-sales implementation.

You will design and deploy customized infrastructure, networking, and cloud solutions that meet client needs while ensuring high-quality delivery and customer satisfaction., Pre-Sales Support

 * Partner with sales teams to assess customer requirements and recommend appropriate technical solutions
 * Design and present technical architectures, demos, and proposals
 * Deliver product demonstrations, workshops, and training sessions

Solution Design & Configuration

 * Translate customer requirements into technical specifications
 * Design and configure hardware, software, and cloud-based solutions
 * Implement networking, server, security, and infrastructure environments

Implementation & Technical Support

 * Perform installation, setup, and post-sales support
 * Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and networking issues
 * Serve as a technical liaison between customers and vendor partners

Quality & Documentation

 * Ensure technical deliverables meet quality, performance, and security standards
 * Maintain accurate documentation of system configurations and implementations
 * Provide regular updates on project status and customer feedback

Collaboration

 * Work cross-functionally with sales, product, and engineering teams
 * Stay current on emerging technologies and industry trends
