## About the Role

* 10 years of Project Management experience leading and managing large, complex projects in a matrixed organization
 * Must be comfortable with communicating and presenting to all levels of leadership, including Senior level management
 * Excellent communication skills - written, verbal and presentation
 * Proven Microsoft Suite expertise (including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)
 * Strong working knowledge and experience in MSProject and with Agile based PM tool - Clienture DevOps (ADO - preferred) or Jira.
 * Strong customer-service oriented
 * Needs to possess strong Client Management skills
 * Serves as a leader/mentor
 * Ability to problem solve, make decision quickly, take initiative, has a sense of urgency and assertiveness
 * Experience leading virtual and distributed Project teams, as team will be located onshore, offshore and nearshore
 * Adaptability; self-starter; team player; quality minded; focused; committed; able to work independently
 * Proven ability to hold people accountable
 * Demonstrated ability to work in a complex environment with often conflicting priorities
 * Identify risks and issues and address them on a timely basis
 * Ability to work in challenging and aggressive timelines

Optional skills:

 * Knowledgeable in JIRA
 * Knowledgeable in ServiceNOW
 * Experience in managing AWS Cloud projects
