* 5+ years of experience with RabbitMQ.

 * Strong understanding of AMQP and messaging concepts.

 * Experience with RabbitMQ clustering and high availability.

 * Knowledge of Linux and scripting.

 * Strong troubleshooting and communication skills.

 * Active IRS MBI clearance is required.

 * Previous IRS or federal experience is preferred.

## Description

We are seeking a skilled RabbitMQ Engineer to support an IRS program. The ideal candidate will have experience managing RabbitMQ environments and supporting enterprise messaging solutions.
Responsibilities:

 * Install, configure, and maintain RabbitMQ environments.

 * Manage queues, exchanges, users, permissions, and messaging services.

 * Monitor system health and resolve messaging issues.

 * Work with development teams to support application integrations.

 * Perform upgrades, maintenance, and performance tuning.

 * Ensure messaging systems meet security and reliability standards.
