Problem-solving, practical learning, and instruction interpretation skills are essential. ## Description Job Summary: The Technology Program Associate supports existing customers and third-party vendors by processing contracts for system customizations, enhancements, and conversions. This role prepares quotes and agreements, processes payments, sets implementation expectations with customers, and facilitates order releases. Success in this role requires strong attention to detail, professional communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment. Reporting Relationship: Manager, Sales Support Operations Shift: General business hours are Monday through Friday 8 am to 5 pm CST. This hybrid role requires a combination of weekly on-campus and remote work with specific days varying based on departmental policy and business need. Generally, all positions may be fully performed on-campus in Mission, KS. Regular, punctual, and predictable attendance is an essential function of every job at ScriptPro.
