Preferred Characteristics * Self-motivated and able to work independently during off-shift hours. * Detail-oriented with strong operational discipline. * Committed to maintaining service availability for critical enterprise file transfer processes. * Able to prioritize multiple issues simultaneously while maintaining clear communication with stakeholders ## Description This position provides second-shift operational support for BMO's enterprise Managed File Transfer environment, with primary responsibility for monitoring and supporting IBM Sterling File Gateway production file transfer services.
