This is for a desktop support tech. Tech needs to have 2 to 3 years of experience. Top 2 must haves are 1. Technical support experience for desktop/laptops both hardware/software issues 2. Excellent customer service skills. Need someone who is driven, customer first and can work in a busy, fast-paced environment.
