## About the Role

* Proven experience in configuring and troubleshooting network, server, and desktop environments.
 * Strong knowledge of network and computer hardware, operating systems, and software applications.
 * Deep understanding of computer networking concepts, including TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, and LAN/WAN technologies.
 * Highly experienced with Active Directory, GPOs, and user account management.
 * Ability to communicate technical information effectively to non-technical users.
 * Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to analyze complex issues.
 * Certifications such as CCNP, CompTIA A+, Network+, or Microsoft Certified Professional (MCP) are a plus.
 * Experience with Meraki networking equipment is a plus.
 * MSP/Help Desk Experience is a must.
 * Linux knowledge is a plus but not required.

## Description

* Provide expert technical support and troubleshooting for networks, servers, computer systems, software, and hardware.
 * Install, configure, and maintain IT systems, operating systems and software applications.
 * Work with key client contacts to support their individual networks and software systems.
 * Respond to user inquiries and provide timely resolution to technical issues.
 * Conduct network administration tasks, including LAN/WAN/SDWAN setup and troubleshooting.
 * Analyze client system logs/reports and identify potential issues or areas for improvement.
 * Collaborate with other IT team members to implement and support IT projects.
 * Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures related to IT security.
