This position requires real GoHighLevel experience. It is not a general virtual assistant or basic email-marketing role. Primary Responsibilities * Build and maintain GoHighLevel client subaccounts * Build pipelines and opportunity stages * Create lead-routing systems * Build email and SMS follow-up workflows * Build missed-call text-back systems * Build appointment confirmations and reminders * Build no-show and rescheduling workflows * Create long-term lead-nurture campaigns * Configure calendars, forms, surveys, triggers, tags, and custom fields * Connect Meta and Google lead sources to the CRM * Troubleshoot broken workflows, triggers, integrations, and notifications * Maintain clean contact records and pipeline organization * Build internal alerts and task assignments * Create campaign reporting and operational dashboards * Test every workflow before launch * Document every automation and account change * Coordinate with HGC's advertising, website, sales, and appointment-setting teams * Monitor email deliverability and system health * Escalate failures or lost-lead risks immediately, A successful specialist will: * Build workflows that operate reliably * Prevent leads from being lost * Improve lead-response speed * Improve appointment-booking and show-up rates * Keep pipelines clean and accurate * Detect automation failures quickly * Document all systems clearly * Communicate proactively * Make the CRM easy for the rest of the HGC team to use Candidate Evaluation Final candidates may be asked to complete a paid GoHighLevel test that includes: * Building a lead-capture workflow * Assigning the lead to the correct pipeline stage * Sending an immediate text and email * Creating follow-up steps based on whether the lead responds * Creating an appointment reminder * Creating an internal notification * Explaining how the workflow was tested The system must be organized, clearly named, easy to understand, and safe to modify. Compensation Contract compensation will be based on experience, project complexity, maintenance responsibilities, and the number of assigned client accounts.
