This role develops Lambda functions, configures real-time data pipelines, builds Salesforce integrations (including Platform Events and Lightning Web Components for AI Coaching), and ensures seamless data flow across all four AI capabilities. The engineer also integrates AI outputs with Verint for quality management and configures Kinesis data feeds for the Post Call Analysis dashboards.
