This role is critical in supporting sales processes, revenue operations, and customer engagement while ensuring seamless integration with other enterprise systems. The ideal candidate combines functional and administration expertise in Salesforce Sales Cloud with proven experience in complex sales and quoting processes typical of semiconductor or high-tech manufacturing companies. You will serve as the primary liaison between business stakeholders (Sales, Marketing) and IT, drive user adoption, maintain high data quality, and deliver solutions that support SiTime's hypergrowth and operational excellence. This position is based in Phoenix / Tempe AZ. The position requires frequent business travel to Santa Clara, CA. Responsibilities: * Lead and participate in the full lifecycle of Salesforce projects and enhancements, from requirements gathering and design to configuration, testing, deployment, and post-implementation support. * Serve as the primary liaison between the Salesforce team and business users in Sales, Marketing, and Business units, ensuring clear communication and understanding of requirements and priorities. * Provide hands-on expertise in Salesforce Sales Cloud, including opportunity and pipeline management, quoting processes, forecasting, customer data management, and reporting to support revenue operations. * Design, implement, and maintain integration between Salesforce and other enterprise systems and ecommerce platforms to enable accurate end-to-end Quote-to-Cash processes.
