The ideal candidate should excel working in a team environment, on a diverse range of fast-moving assignments, and in an entrepreneurial environment., * Experience in a retail, direct to consumer or consumer goods environment and/or previous consulting with similar type clients. * Expertise one or more of the following functions: direct sourcing, product to market, consumer analytics, digital experience, marketing, personalization, digital commerce, back-office operations, distribution and transportation, store and omni operations, indirect procurement. * Experience with developing and managing financial and operational analysis as well as assisting to implement changes as result of analysis and observations. * Experience with improving working capital and financial performance utilizing systems, tools, and bridge solutions., * Bachelor's degree or degree equivalent in Business, Accounting/Finance, Management, Engineering, Economics, Retail Management, Supply Chain, or related field.
