## Description

The Systems Analyst will support, maintain, and enhance the company's ERP platform and related business applications. This role serves as a key link between business users, leadership, and external IT partners to improve processes, resolve system issues, and drive technology improvements across the organization., * Support, maintain, and improve the ERP system and related business applications.

 * Manage support requests and troubleshoot system and application issues.
 * Serve as the primary contact for the external IT managed services provider (MSP).
 * Gather business requirements and identify process improvement opportunities.
 * Document workflows, business processes, and system requirements.
 * Administer user access, system security, software subscriptions, and technology inventories.
 * Monitor system performance and recommend improvements.
 * Support system integrations and cross-functional business operations.
 * Develop and review reports to ensure data accuracy, security, and efficiency.
 * Participate in ERP-related projects and continuous improvement initiatives.
