The role of the System Administrator requires a broad understanding of technology including server, network, application and scripting skills. The successful candidate will work in a technically diverse environment on a team responsible for supporting and maintaining our Microsoft Exchange, Skype and Office 365 environments. This individual will collaborate with internal customers and technical IT colleagues to ensure the smooth operation of assigned systems utilized across the Program. Join our team for a challenging and rewarding career in support of the mission of the NNL., * Exchange Administration: Support Exchange Server administration tasks, including user mailbox management and troubleshooting email issues. Assist in monitoring and maintaining Exchange Server performance and availability. * Skype for Business: Help manage the Skype for Business deployment, configuration, and troubleshooting. Provide support for Skype for Business-related issues, including connectivity and user account issues. * Office 365 Administration: Assist with the setup, configuration, and management of Office 365 services.
