## About the Role

The ideal candidate will possess the following:

 * Proven experience working as a Data Analyst or Business Data Analyst.
 * Strong technical expertise regarding data models, database design, data mining, and segmentation techniques.
 * Proficiency in SQL and a strong knowledge of reporting and data visualisation tools such as Power BI or Tableau.
 * Excellent knowledge of statistics and experience using statistical packages for analysing datasets (e.g., Excel, SPSS, SAS).
 * A degree in Mathematics, Economics, Computer Science, Information Management, Statistics, or a related field.
 * Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills with a high level of attention to detail.
 * Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present complex information clearly and concisely.
 * Experience within the manufacturing or industrial sector would be highly advantageous.

## Description

As a Data Analyst, you will be responsible for:

 * Collecting, interpreting, and analysing data from various sources, including sales, manufacturing, and supply chain systems.
 * Developing and implementing data analyses, data collection systems, and other strategies that optimise statistical efficiency and quality.
 * Identifying, analysing, and interpreting trends or patterns in complex data sets to provide clear business insights.
 * Creating and maintaining dashboards and reports to communicate key business metrics and findings to stakeholders.
 * Collaborating with management and various departments to identify and prioritise business and information needs.
 * Providing data-driven recommendations to improve operational efficiency and support strategic decision-making.
 * Ensuring data accuracy and integrity across all reporting platforms.
