* Working proficiency in MATLAB and Python (not just with LLMs)
 * Interest in predictive neural networks / machine learning (LSTM experience a plus, but not essential)
 * A degree (not necessary with good programming background) in engineering, computer engineering or a similarly quantitative field
 * Mathematical and Dataset Knowledge - comfort with the math behind the models, large csv data inputs, not just the code

 * Contract role with ongoing, long-term work AND stock for the right person
 * Hybrid - remote-friendly, but able to meet in person in the Twin Cities 1-2×/week early on
