## About the Role

* High school diploma, GED, or equivalent AND 2+ years experience working in a Data Center with proven success in delivering customer requirements in a critical technology environment
 * Evidence of self-management and alignment with ever-changing priorities
 * Good written and oral communication skills, tenacity, and working to a high level of accuracy

## Description

* Ensure that all MEP plant and distribution infrastructure is operated and maintained in a safe manner, to best industry practice and within manufacturers recommendations.
 * Monitor power and environmental conditions within all critical spaces within the facility.
 * Perform assigned maintenance tasks in accordance with SF practices utilizing the internal CMMS.
 * Assist with planning and scheduling corrective maintenance activities
 * Escort and support outside contractors, ensuring they are abiding SF work rules and processes
 * Respond to site incidents, execute appropriate MOP/EOP documentation to resolve and/or mitigate issues and communicate to manage throughout event.
 * Support and follow all SF Change Control policies and procedures.
 * Perform site rounds and report any issues found to site management.
 * Participate in construction and commissioning activities as directed by site management
 * Adhere to all local, state and federal safety laws and requirements
 * Complete other duties as assigned by the management team
 * Participate in and support MOP/SOP/EOP documentation process for site.
 * Participate in and support the development of site policies and standards
