Nice-to-have * A self-starter with high energy and a driven curiosity to go beyond the obvious and provide ideas for innovation. * Advanced degree (Master's or Ph.D.) in a quantitative field (e.g., Computer Science, Statistics, Economics, Engineering, Mathematics, etc.) or experience in financial services. * Experience building and using AI/ML models, predictive analytics or statistical modeling to solve business problems. * Hands-on experience with Tableau, Power BI, Snowflake, Alteryx or similar tools., Critical Thinking, Data Administration, Data Mining, Data Modeling, Data Movement, Detail-Oriented, Group Problem Solving, Quantitative Research, Research Documents ## Description As a Senior Data Analyst, you will be part of the Data Analytics Team based in our 250 Nicollet Mall, MN location. You will support decision making in the Wealth Management business and translate complex data into actionable insights.
