## About the Role

* Masters or PhD degree in finance, business, information systems, data analytics, public administration, or a related field with a minimum of 12 years of substantial relevant experience.

 * Strong knowledge of budget, planning, financial management, reporting, and analytics processes in a large and complex, international, organization.

 * Demonstrated ability to lead systems, data, reporting, automation, or digital transformation initiatives from concept through successful implementation and benefits realization, employing proven change and program management expertise.

 * Experience with financial planning systems, ERP platforms, business intelligence tools, Power BI, Microsoft Power Platform, data repositories, or related technologies.

 * Proven ability to manage teams, develop staff, set priorities, and deliver results in a fast-paced, client-focused environment.

 * Strong communication and influencing skills, with the ability to bridge business and technical stakeholders and present complex issues clearly.

 * Sound judgment, integrity, and strong commitment to data quality, internal controls, cybersecurity, privacy, and institutional policies.

## Description

* Lead the Systems, Data and Reporting team to successfully deliver high-quality budget systems, reporting, analytics, and digital products, in a timely manner.

 * Support implementation and continuous improvement of the Integrated Planning Solution and related planning, forecasting, and budget distribution processes.

 * Partner with business teams, ITS, DFI, IFC, MIGA, and other stakeholders to translate business needs into scalable system, data, and reporting solutions.

 * Strengthen data governance, reporting standards, quality assurance, controls, and documentation across WBP reporting products.

 * Drive automation, self-service reporting, Power BI dashboards, AI-enabled tools, and process improvements that reduce manual work and improve client service.

 * Support ERP transition activities, including business readiness, user adoption, testing, change management, and continuity of critical budget processes.

 * Manage, coach, and develop staff; promote collaboration, accountability, innovation, and a strong client-service culture.
