All development staff experience full exposure to application lifecycle management (ALM), which affords our employees the opportunity to learn and work across many functional areas including UI/UX, business layer, database design, application architecture, etc. The ideal team member is a self-starter with effective problem-solving skills, excellent written and verbal communication, and a curiosity for new challenges and experiences. Additionally, candidates will ideally have experience that highlights their critical thinking skills, lifelong learning habits, and effective presentation skills to help team members and clients understand issues, opportunities, and proposed solutions. The selected candidate will build and implement functional software solutions in a fast-paced, agile environment and have the ability to engage in open and animated peer review sessions, change direction quickly, and an eagerness to learn new technologies., * 5+ years of experience with software development, infrastructure development, or related field. * Working understanding of SQL, SSL Certificates, and Single Sign on Configurations. * Understanding of the asp.net application lifecycle from IIS to the DOM. * Create and consume REST and SOAP web services. * Experience with Windows environment and Visual Studio. * Experience with .NET, SaaS. * Experience with Scrum/Agile methodologies. * Good verbal and written communication skills. * Able to multitask and manage time efficiently. * Ability to work independently and in a team.
