This stage focuses on logical thinking, problem-solving ability, and structured reasoning under pressure. * Technical Interview Candidates who clear the IQ stage will proceed to a technical interview covering: * Shopify Liquid and theme architecture understanding * UI/UX decision-making and feasibility assessment * Real-world project management scenarios Final Interview Final-stage candidates will be interviewed for leadership maturity, ownership mindset, client-handling capability, and long-term fit. ## Description We are looking for an expert-level Project Manager to lead Shopify e-commerce web design and development projects end-to-end. This is a senior role for professionals who deeply understand UI/UX design and Shopify Liquid development and can confidently manage both execution and client relationships. This is not a coordination role. This is full ownership. What You'll Be Responsible For: End-to-End Project Ownership * Manage Shopify e-commerce projects from discovery to launch, including redesigns, CRO initiatives, and custom development * Define scopes, milestones, timelines, and deliverables with precision * Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and to a high quality standard * Proactively identify risks, dependencies, and scope creep and resolve them decisively UI/UX & Design Oversight * Review UI/UX designs for usability, conversion optimization, and development feasibility * Work closely with designers to ensure designs are execution-ready and scalable * Maintain consistency across layouts, components, and user flows * Challenge design decisions when they negatively impact performance or usability Shopify Development Oversight * Oversee Shopify Liquid development, theme customization, and custom features * Review development output for performance, structure, and Shopify best practices * Ensure efficient use of custom code over unnecessary paid app dependencies * Validate integrations including payments, shipping, analytics, and third-party tools Client Communication & Relationship Management * Act as the primary point of contact for clients throughout the project lifecycle * Maintain regular communication, provide clear updates, and manage expectations * Translate technical and design decisions into clear, client-friendly explanations * Handle feedback, revisions, and difficult conversations with confidence and professionalism Excellent spoken and written English is mandatory for this role.
