If this role speaks to you, apply. ## Description * Lead, coach, and develop a team of Data Conversion Specialists, building a culture of accountability, continuous learning, and customer success * Identify skill gaps and craft talent strategies that prepare the team for future business needs * Spot opportunities to apply AI, automation, and emerging technologies to improve efficiency, quality, and customer outcomes * Champion experimentation, rapid prototyping, and continuous improvement, driving adoption of AI-powered tools across the team * Own delivery of data conversion activities across a portfolio of customer implementations, tracking KPIs for quality, productivity, and customer satisfaction * Support complex, strategic, and at-risk customer engagements, serving as an escalation point for migration challenges and solution design, We invest in the whole person, not just the role.
