Trade school certification in a relevant program is a plus. ## Description The Testing Technician Lead is responsible for supporting production through comprehensive equipment testing and troubleshooting. This includes conducting system tests, diagnosing and resolving issues, and providing critical feedback to improve production and product quality. After an initial training period, the Testing Technician will serve as a liaison between engineering and production teams.
