## About the Role

Reliability is very important, and candidate must provide an upbeat and "can do" attitude with a warm smile.

 - Must have some customer service experience with professional appearance and excellent communication skills

 - Must welcome and service referring physicians' staff and patients in a friendly manner

 - Involves heavy phone volume, taking patient messages, scheduling, verify insurance eligibility, collecting and posting patient payments, billing data entry with insurances/demographics

 - Medium to high level of computer proficiency and confidence in ability to learn our EMR (electronic medical record) and cloud-based PM (practice management) system

 - Office hours are Monday through Friday, some flexibility with time needed

 - Multi-tasking and being detail oriented is a must

 - Ability to interact with staff, physician and patients in a fast paced environment

 - Full time position with generous benefits
