Prior experience in public speaking is a plus. * Experience working closely with Product teams on product enhancement and process optimization. * Strong product knowledge, from offering and provisioning to onboarding, functionalities, and monetization strategies. * Solid understanding and related experience in full sales cycle. * Possesses an operational focus/mindset and can work with a lot of moving parts easily. * Preferred experience in working on complex SaaS products - even better if it is in the personalization eco system ## Description The Go-To-Market enablement team lead is responsible for driving successful product launches and ensuring GTM teams are fully equipped to position, sell, and support new offerings. This role blends strategic product marketing with enablement, focusing on creating compelling messaging, launch frameworks, and training programs that accelerate adoption and revenue impact. You will manage a team and partner closely with Product, Marketing, and Sales to design and execute GTM strategies that bring products to market effectively and empower our teams with the knowledge and tools they need to succeed.
