In this role, you will be responsible for working directly with Operations, Support teams, and VA stakeholders to resolve complex, persistent issues impacting end users within live client environments. The ideal candidate will have expert knowledge of Oracle Health (Cerner Millennium) solutions, system build, implementation, and workflow alignment, along with the ability to operate independently in highly complex and regulated environments.
