This role requires deep expertise in integration platforms such as Boomi and SAP Cloud Platform Integration (SCPI), combined with strong consulting, leadership, and stakeholder management capabilities. Responsibilities * Lead end-to-end design and delivery of integration solutions (Boomi, SCPI, APIs, middleware) * Act as technical authority for integration architecture and best practices * Translate business requirements into scalable and secure technical solutions * Drive workshops with clients to define integration strategies and architectures * Own estimations, solution design, and delivery planning * Manage complex integrations across multiple systems (SAP, SuccessFactors, third-party) * Ensure performance, scalability, and reliability of integrations * Oversee deployments across Development, Test, and Production environments * Lead troubleshooting and resolution of critical incidents and escalations * Mentor and support junior consultants and developers * Govern documentation standards and ensure high-quality deliverables * Identify risks, dependencies, and mitigation strategies * Engage with senior stakeholders and provide strategic recommendations * Collaborate with cross-functional teams (AMS, Project, Functional, Security), Anticipate Customer Needs - We stay ahead of trends so our customers can grow and succeed.
