Project Management, MS D365 (CRM), EDI, SCM/Adexa, Power BI highly preferred * Track record of ERP system implementation projects and support, process optimization, workflow automation, and driving operational efficiency * Experience managing SOX compliance, including system controls, audit requirements, and governance * Proven success in system and vendor selection, including leading evaluations, RFPs, and contract negotiations * Strong communication skills and the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization * Strong commitment to excellence and delivering outstanding user experiences * Highly analytical and data-driven decision-maker * Collaborative team player who thrives in a cross-functional environment * Flexible and adaptable to evolving business needs and technology trends * Ability to travel as required for business needs ## Description Reporting to the Vice President of Information Technology you are a seasoned and visionary Director who will oversee, optimize and transform all MPS Business Applications especially IFS/ERP, CRM, SCM, EDI, Databrick, Power BI etc. You will lead a high-impact team of IT Managers, Sr. IT Engineers and System Administrators in enhancing and scaling enterprise systems to support MPS rapid growth.
