* Betreuung und Wartung von Kassensystemen und Netzwerken - hauptsächlich per Fernwartung
 * Technischer Support für unsere Kunden bei Fragen zu Kassensystemen und Netzwerken (telefonisch/remote)
 * Vorkonfiguration von Geräten vor dem Versand an unsere Kunden
 * Gelegentliche Erstinstallationen oder Zustellungen vor Ort (selten, da vieles bereits vorkonfiguriert versendet wird)
 * Dokumentation der durchgeführten Arbeiten
