## About the Role

* Abgeschlossene technische Ausbildung im Bereich Informatik, Software Engineering oder einer vergleichbaren Fachrichtung
 * Mehrjährige Erfahrung in der Leitung komplexer Software-, Integrations- oder Migrationsprojekte
 * Fundierte Kenntnisse im klassischen und/oder hybriden Projektmanagement sowie im Projektcontrolling
 * Ausgeprägtes technisches Verständnis im Software-Umfeld
 * Branchenkenntnisse in der Bahnindustrie, Automotive, Medizintechnik oder anderen regulierten Bereichen von Vorteil
 * Kenntnisse im Umgang mit sicherheitskritischen Systemen sowie Anforderungen an Testing, Validierung und Compliance von Vorteil
 * Idealerweise Erfahrung mit Helpdesk- und Ticketing-Systemen (z. B. Jitbit)
 * Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse
 * Selbstständige, strukturierte Arbeitsweise, ausgeprägte Kommunikations- und Führungsstärke sowie hohe Umsetzungsorientierung

## Description

* Eigenverantwortliche Leitung komplexer Software-Projekte in einem technisch anspruchsvollen Umfeld
 * Planung, Steuerung und Controlling von Projektumfang, Budget, Ressourcen und Meilensteinen
 * Koordination interdisziplinärer Entwicklungs-, Test- und Projektteams sowie externer Stakeholder
 * Identifikation, Bewertung und Steuerung von Projektrisiken sowie Ausarbeitung geeigneter Maßnahmen
 * Sicherstellung von Qualität, Termintreue und der Einhaltung von Dokumentations- sowie Compliance-Anforderungen
 * Erstellung aussagekräftiger Statusberichte und transparente Kommunikation des Projektfortschritts
 * Enge Zusammenarbeit mit internationalen Teams und Business Units
