* Systembetreuung: Betreuung, Verwaltung und kontinuierliche Weiterentwicklung unseres Campus-Management-Systems academyFIVE (Front- und Backend) sowie der erweiterten Systemlandschaft (Microsoft, Moodle, H+H Han, EBSCO).
 * Schnittstellen-Management: Sicherstellung eines reibungslosen Datenaustausches zwischen den Systemen via APIs.
 * Prozessautomatisierung: Wartung, Optimierung und Erweiterung bestehender Workflows in Microsoft Power Automate.
 * Entwicklung vereinzelter Skripte (PHP, Python), Abfragen (SQL) und Vorlagen (XML).
 * Unterstützung von Mitarbeitenden und Ansprechperson für externe Anbieter, Fehlerbehebung sowie Erstellung von Dokumentation.
