## About the Role

* Proven experience in end-to-end UX design and user research.
 * Strong skills in user journeys, wireframing, prototyping, and usability testing.
 * Experience facilitating UX workshops and presenting UX findings.
 * Proficiency with Figma, Miro, or equivalent design tools.
 * Experience working in Agile (Scrum or similar) teams.
 * Knowledge of UX metrics and UX strategy.
 * French proficiency (C2 level).
 * Ability to work on-site at least 60% of the time (hybrid role).

## Description

We are looking for a UX Designer to join a cross-functional UX team supporting multiple digital transformation projects. You will conduct user research, create user journeys, wireframes, and interactive prototypes, facilitate UX workshops, and perform usability testing to deliver user-centered digital services. Working closely with project managers, business analysts, and development teams in an Agile environment, you will ensure a consistent, accessible, and high-quality user experience while promoting UX best practices across projects.
