In case you are currently living/studying outside of the Netherlands, your application shows the willingness to relocate. ## Description The Customer Support (CS) organization at ASML supports customers throughout the full lifecycle of advanced lithography systems. CS works closely with customers worldwide on installations, system moves, and service activities in highly complex environments. This internship contributes directly to CS's AI transformation by turning real operational challenges into practical AI solutions. During this internship, you help improve how engineers access knowledge, diagnose issues, and work more efficiently. If you want to see how AI creates impact in a high-tech industrial setting, this internship offers that opportunity. Your assignment During this internship, you work on real AI use cases within Customer Support. You collaborate with engineers, AI specialists, and domain experts in an international environment. Your work supports the responsible use of AI while delivering measurable business value. Your main responsibilities will be: Translate real Customer Support challenges into well-defined AI problem statements Prototype and test AI and generative AI solutions for operational use cases Analyze and structure unstructured data such as documents, procedures, and service logs Support proof-of-concepts and pilot projects from idea to validated outcome Collaborate with engineers and AI leads across different Customer Support teams Document results and share insights with the wider CS AI community This is a non thesis bachelor/master internship for minimum 9 months, for 5 days per week (4 days on-site).
