## About the Role

* 3+ years experience in email marketing / CRM / e-commerce
 * Strong hands-on experience with flows and campaigns
 * Experience with Klaviyo or similar tools
 * Strong communication skills (Dutch and/or English)
 * Analytical, proactive, and comfortable owning projects

Nice to have

 * Experience with RFM, CLV and loyalty
 * Shopify / Magento / WooCommerce knowledge
 * Eye for identifying gaps in retention & performance
 * Understanding of attribution and margins, * You want to go beyond execution and think strategically
 * You enjoy solving problems and improving systems
 * You want to grow fast within a strong team

## Description

Polaris Growth is hiring a CRM Specialist to join our team. You'll work on CRM, retention and Lifecycle strategies for established & fast-growing e-commerce brands.

What you'll do

 * Turn customer data into clear actions and improvements
 * Translate strategy into execution (and vice versa)
 * Build and optimize flows, campaigns, and pop-ups in Klaviyo
 * Run A/B tests and iterate fast
 * Work in sprints with your team and clients
