## About the Role

The department is organized according to agile principles in a SAFe value stream. The value stream currently consists of three ARTs, each with experts of different backgrounds and levels of maturity. We cultivate a culture of curiosity with transparent communication and flat hierarchies. You will be a reliable point of contact for technical questions regarding the Ping Identity Platform in the value stream.

 * Knowledge of modern DevSecOps practices and hands-on experience in software engineering (Java, Spring Boot, JavaScript, REST APIs, or similar)

 * Experience developing, configuring and operating IAM solutions, including provisioning workflows, connectors, identity lifecycle management, role models and integrations
 * Hands-on experience with Ping IDM Identity Management platform (former Forgerock IDM)
 * Familiar with cloud-native environments and platforms (e.g. Kubernetes, AWS, Cloud Foundry)
 * Experience in automation and CI/CD practices, including testing and deployment pipelines
 * Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or a related technical field
 * Very good written and spoken English
 * Reliable, self-motivated and solution-oriented
 * Strong collaboration and communication skills in an international DevOps environment
 * Agile mindset with a willingness to learn, experiment and continuously improve
