## About the Role

* Bachelor's degree (HBO) in ICT, Computer Science or a related field
 * CSSA certification
 * Minimum 4 years of experience as a Pega System Architect
 * Experience developing with Pega Constellation
 * Experience with Pega Customer Service is considered a strong advantage
 * Experience working with JIRA
 * Strong analytical and communication skills
 * Customer-oriented mindset
 * Fluent English (Dutch is a plus but not mandatory)
 * Ability to work collaboratively within Agile / DevOps teams

## Description

* Develop and enhance enterprise applications using the Pega Platform.
 * Participate in refinement sessions and Direct Capture of Objectives (DCO) workshops.
 * Design and implement Proof of Concepts for new features.
 * Build both front-end and back-end functionality.
 * Collaborate closely with business stakeholders and DevOps colleagues.
 * Coach and support fellow developers on technical challenges.
 * Continuously improve application performance and maintainability.
 * Contribute to innovative projects that support large-scale digital transformation.
 * Apply best practices in software engineering and low-code development.
 * Ensure high-quality, scalable and future-proof software solutions.
