Strong experience operating and deploying workloads in Kubernetes and cloud-native environments. Expert knowledge of the TCP/IP protocol suite and in-depth experience with either AWS, Azure or GCP. Experience in programming languages like Go or Python for implementing services. Nice to Have: Experience building and managing service mesh architectures within Kubernetes environments, preferably utilising technologies like Istio. You will work closely with internal engineering teams to ensure high availability and reliability of our services. Your expertise will help us optimize our network performance, troubleshoot issues, and ensure security across our network. Work with internal teams to monitor and ensure the reliability and performance of the cloud network. Conduct regular analysis and optimization of cloud network performance. Evaluate and optimize the scalability, maintainability, and cost-effectiveness of network resources/solutions. Implement and maintain best practices for cloud network security. Promote effective collaboration and communication with other teams, stakeholders, and leadership to align initiatives with overall business objectives. Participate actively in cross-functional discussions and contribute to the broader engineering community. Keep documentation up to date for cloud network configurations, processes, and procedures.
