* Mehrjährige praktische Erfahrung mit SAP HCM

## Description

* Betreuung und Weiterentwicklung von SAP HCM mit Fokus auf PY und PT
 * Beratung der Fachbereiche sowie Aufnahme und Analyse fachlicher Anforderungen
 * Umsetzung von Anforderungen durch Customizing und Parametrisierung
 * Sicherstellung des stabilen Tagesbetriebs sowie Bearbeitung von Fehlern und Störmeldungen
 * Durchführung von System- und Prozesstests
 * Optimierung bestehender HR-Prozesse und SAP-Funktionalitäten
 * Mitarbeit bei kleineren Projekten und Prozessveränderungen
 * Betreuung angrenzender Themen wie Organisationsmanagement und SuccessFactors
 * Erstellung von Dokumentationen sowie Durchführung von Workshops und Anwenderschulungen
 * Steuerung und Koordination externer Dienstleister
