## Description

* Bearbeitung von IT-Support-Anfragen inkl. eigenständiger Fehleranalyse und -behebung bei Soft- und Hardware - direkt vor Ort
 * Installation, Konfiguration und Wartung von Clients, mobilen Geräten und Peripherie sowie Software-Updates und Patch-Management
 * Unterstützung bei Hardware-Rollouts, Arbeitsplatz-Setups, Umzügen und Inventuren
 * Verwaltung von Benutzerkonten, Berechtigungen in Active Directory, Azure AD und M365, inklusive SSO und Multi-Faktor-Authentifizierung (MFA)
 * Betreuung und Überwachung von IT- und OT-Systemen inkl. Sicherstellung der Netzwerkverfügbarkeit, Fehleranalyse und Eskalation
 * Durchführung von Schulungen sowie Erstellung von Anleitungen und Self-Service-Guides zur Förderung der IT-Selbsthilfe
 * Optimierung von IT-Support-Prozessen, Service-Standards und Pflege der IT-Dokumentation sowie Wissensmanagements
 * Betreuung und Begleitung von zwei Lernenden
