* Qualifikation: Ein abgeschlossenes Studium in (Wirtschafts-)Informatik, Informationstechnologie, Mathematik oder eine vergleichbare Ausbildung im Bereich bildet deine Basis.
 * SAP-Erfahrung: Als SAP-Developer verfügst du über fundierte Kenntnisse in ABAP, ABAP OO, API-Schnittstellen sowie ABAP Unit Testframework und hast idealerweise bereits mit oDATA Services gearbeitet. Des Weiteren ist dir das Programmiermodell im SAP WebUI bekannt.
 * S/4HANA: Du hast bereits Projekterfahrungen gesammelt, verfügst über betriebswirtschaftliche Kenntnisse für ein umfassendes Verständnis der Geschäftsprozesse im SAP S/4HANA-Umfeld und wirst von neuesten Technologien und Releases motiviert, die du als Developer ständig testest.
 * SAP Utilities: Mit SAP Utilities Modulen und idealerweise SAP SD bist du vertraut und kennst die zusammenhängende End-to-End Businessprozesse. Nice to have wären, Kenntnisse des Customizings im Customer Engagement und IS-U Kundenservices.
 * Prozessframework: Das Utilities Sales Contract Framework ist dir nicht fremd oder du kannst Kenntnisse im Contract Framework SAP CRM for Utilities oder einem vergleichbaren Framework nachweisen.
 * Kommunikationstalent: Du kommunizierst sicher auf Deutsch und Englisch, intern sowie extern.

 * Be an early applicant, * S/4HANA Einführung: Als kompetente/r Consultant für SAP Customer Engagement mit Fokus auf das Vertriebsvertragsprozessframework unterstützt du unsere Kunden aus der Utilities-Branche bei der Optimierung von SAP-Prozessen im B2B- und B2C-Umfeld.
 * Konzeption und Abstimmung: Du konzipierst ein neues Prozessframework in Zusammenarbeit mit Fachbereichen und Streams und verantwortest die streamübergreifende Prozessgestaltung für CRM und Marktkommunikation.
 * Wissenstransfer: Durch regelmäßige Kommunikation mit internen und externen Stakeholdern wird der Austausch von Know-How insbesondere im Hinblick auf das neue Prozessframework garantiert.
 * Testdurchführung: Planung und Durchführung von übergreifenden Tests für CRM, Customer Engagement (CE) und Marktkommunikation (MaKo) im Rahmen des Prozessframeworks liegt ebenfalls in deiner Verantwortung.
 * Entwicklungsunterstützung: Bei der Entwicklung von Unit Tests im Bereich Marktkommunikation übernimmst du eine unterstützende Rolle.
