## About the Role

* Abgeschlossenes betriebswirtschaftliches Studium oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation.
 * Fundierte Erfahrung in der Konzeption und Umsetzung von Trainingslösungen, idealerweise im technischen oder militärischen Umfeld.
 * Erfahrung in der Leitung oder Koordination von Angebots- oder Entwicklungsprojekten.
 * Sicherer Umgang mit den gängigen MS Office-Anwendungen.
 * Strukturierte, selbstständige und qualitätsorientierte Arbeitsweise.
 * Kommunikationsstärke sowie Freude an der Zusammenarbeit mit interdisziplinären Teams.
 * Ausbildung zum Marineoffizier oder vergleichbare militärische Erfahrung ist von Vorteil.
 * Verhandlungssichere Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift.
 * Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift (mindestens C1-Niveau).

## Description

* Leitung von Angebotsprojekten im Bereich Trainingslösungen.
 * Entwicklung und Weiterentwicklung von Trainingsprodukten und Trainingsproduktlinien.
 * Analyse von Kundenanforderungen sowie Erstellung und Koordination technischer Spezifikationen.
 * Abstimmung der erforderlichen Fachbereichsbeiträge und Planung der Arbeitspakete.
 * Mitwirkung bei der Auswahl von Unterlieferanten sowie Unterstützung technischer und kommerzieller Verhandlungen.
 * Erstellung von Budgets auf Basis technischer Spezifikationen.
 * Analyse, Gestaltung und Optimierung von Business-Prozessen (BPM).
 * Abstimmung interner und externer Planungsanforderungen sowie übergeordneter IPS-Lieferleistungen.
