 * Starkes Microsoft-Fundament: Routinierter Umgang mit modernen Windows-Umgebungen (Client & Server) sowie tiefe Kenntnisse in der Verwaltung von Microsoft Entra ID und Exchange-Landschaften (Hybrid / Cloud / On-Prem).
 * Erfahrung mit Security-Suites: Praxisbewährte Kenntnisse in der Betreuung von Sophos-Infrastrukturen (Firewall-Systeme & Central) sowie Trend Micro Sicherheitsarchitekturen.
 * Zertifizierungen (wünschenswert): Einschlägige Herstellernachweise von Microsoft, Sophos oder Trend Micro (z. B. Trend Micro Certified Advanced Security Expert) sind von Vorteil.
 * Persönlichkeit & Methodik: Eine ausgeprägte Sicherheitsaffinität, ein hoher Qualitätsanspruch sowie eine strukturierte und lösungsorientierte Vorgehensweise bei komplexen Problemstellungen.
