* Mindestens 10 Jahre Erfahrung in Tech-Führungsrollen, davon mehr als 5 Jahre als CTO, VP Engineering oder vergleichbar.
 * Tiefe Expertise in cloud-nativen Architekturen (AWS), serverlosen Plattformen und modernen Cloud-Stacks.
 * Praktische Erfahrung mit AI/ML-Frameworks wie TensorFlow, PyTorch oder vergleichbaren Technologien.
 * Vertrautheit mit Datenschutz- und Interoperabilitätsstandards, idealerweise mit Erfahrung im Health-Tech-Bereich.
 * Nachweisliche Stärke im Aufbau, in der Skalierung und in der Führung leistungsstarker Tech-Teams.
 * Fähigkeit, Strategie und Execution zu verbinden - Visionen entwickeln und gleichzeitig operativ mitgestalten.
 * Kommunikationsstärke, um komplexe technische Inhalte verständlich und überzeugend an Stakeholder zu vermitteln.
 * Reisebereitschaft an unseren Berliner Standort und du arbeitest gerne hybrid.
 * Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse (C1+).
